**Cancellation Policy** I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Please be aware of the following terms: - **Less than 24 hours notice** will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - **No-shows** will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
